Liene

Liene is an experienced facilitator, leadership- and organizational change coach. She believes that the best way of learning is through experience; by putting oneself in new situations, mindsets, and contexts that challenge current ways of thinking and being. That's why she designs experience-based learning sessions which she tailors to the particular needs of the individual/group.

As  a core ingredient for developmental leadership, she facilitates self-awareness and helps groups grow into effective teams. Something which is possible for every single team out there.

Furthermore, Liene truly believes in human potential and its ability to change the world. A quote by Margaret Mead best describes her coaching philosophy: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed. It is the only thing that ever has."
