Liene is an experienced facilitator, leadership- and organizational change coach. To Liene, the aspect of leadership spans from the leadership responsibility taken as individuals in roles such as parent, friend or neighbor, to the influence and leadership exerted in work situations as a leader for a team or business.

She helps groups develop into effective teams and facilitates deeper self-awareness as a core ingredient for developmental leadership.
